We stand behind our plugins. If a purchase doesn’t work out for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How it works

• Refund window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Contact us at info@tapeminded.com with your order number and we’ll process it.
• When a purchase is refunded, the license ends and the serial number is deregistered.

A note on the right of withdrawal

This refund policy is voluntary and comes on top of any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including the European right of withdrawal. Whatever the law grants you stays intact. This policy simply gives you more time and less hassle.

Fair use

Tapeminded reserves the right to decline a refund in cases of demonstrable abuse of this policy.
